NMI Complaints Scheme
In case any dissatisfaction on the mediator's professional performance might arise, the consumer may file a complaint with NMI. Complaints are dealt with by an independent complaint officer, appointed by NMI.
The rules of the complaint procedure are basic and simple. Sole object of the complaint procedure is to resolve the complaint. The complaint officer has no authority either to make a judgment or to impose disciplinary measures in any way. He is there to help parties solve the problem.
