NMI Mediation Clause
The model NMI Mediation Clause can be included in contracts and general terms of agreement. It commits the parties concerned to attempt to resolve possible future conflicts through mediation by an NMI-registered mediator. The clause does not waive the parties' access to court (or to arbitration, if agreed upon) in case they eventually might prefer to do so.
