NMI Model Mediation Agreement
NMI provides a standard Mediation Agreement to be concluded between the NMI-registered mediators and the parties in conflict. In the agreement, the identity and mandate of the parties and the essentials of the conflict are defined, as well as the role of the mediator and the role of the parties. The contract also contains terms and conditions that apply to the mediation, as well as a clause stating what happens in case of a conflict arising from the mediation agreement itself. The model agreement refers to the NMI Mediation Rules.
